Call To Artists

FemArt takes great pride in promoting women artists with exhibition opportunities.  We feel it is important for the public to see the "other" art perspectives and hear the voices of the women who make up over half of our society.  FemArt is a non-profit organization located in Jacksonville, Florida.  We currently are exhibiting group shows in public venues throughout Jacksonville so that the general public can view women artists in places other than galleries and become aware of the vital voices in cultivating a better society.

FemArt explores artistic exploration of the feminine influence and unique perspectives of spirituality, environmental concerns, herstory, cultural identity, etc. with an emphasis on celebrating human diversity.  All group exhibitions are curated and juried by professionals, both artists and non-artists.  Artist statements are required with submissions to help viewers understand the artist's message and bring awareness of the individual voices of each art pieces.
