FemArt takes great pride in our community outreach programs.  Without community we would never be able to reach our goals.  Our first community outreach project was partnering with an owner of a daycare who provided affordable child care to a working mother who wanted to go back to school to pursue her art career.  FemArt volunteer artists joined together to paint murals in this school and helped to beautify the walls.  This is just one of many ways that we want to improve our communities through women's art contributions.  Other community outreaches are planned to provide coloring books of women artists work to preschoolers so that they begin to understand the importance of all people's voices through art.
