FemArt Gallery held its 2nd exhibition of works by women artists.  This exhibit’s theme was “The HEarts of FemArtists,” and explored how women felt in a paternalistic society, the role of a women in today’s world, and the art of being a woman.

“With this new exhibit, we’ll expand our outreach and give women artists the venue they need to share their work with the community.”    The exhibit was held at The Art Center in downtown Jacksonville at The Landing from February 1st through the 28, 2018.

         

This new nonprofit is on track for changing the lives of women artists to enable them to enrich and diversify the community in which they live and work.
